On Thursday, May 15, former Rehobeth High School standout Zach Hannah’s current collegiate team the Catawba Indians won 9-8 against the Lander Bearcats in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.
The game took place at Newman Park at 3 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Lander Bearcats in the tournament.
The Catawba Indians’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 7 p.m. at Newman Park.
Freshman golfer Constanza Quiroga led the Troy Trojans in the second round of The Ally, held at The Old Waverly Golf Club and hosted by Mississippi State.
True freshman Constanza Quiroga led the Troy Trojans women’s golf team in the final round of The Ally at Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, Mississippi, finishing tied for 23rd place after shooting a 2-over 74.
Troy University’s women’s volleyball team is set to host Arkansas State for two Sun Belt Conference matches at Trojan Arena.
