Troy women’s tennis hosts Bethel for spring home opener

The Troy women’s tennis team is set to play its first home match of the spring season at the Lunsford Tennis Complex. The Trojans will face the Bethel Wildcats on Friday, January 30, with play scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.

Troy began its season last weekend with two close matches. The team lost to UNF but secured a win against Stetson, with both contests ending in a 4-3 scoreline. Players Leena Metwally, Valeriia Avdeeva, and Maria Guirguis achieved singles victories during these matches.

This upcoming match will be Bethel’s first of the spring season.
