Troy University’s Track & Field team will compete at the Bob Pollock Invitational at Clemson’s Rock Norman Track & Field Complex this Friday and Saturday. This marks the second consecutive weekend the Trojans are participating in an event hosted at Clemson.

The team returns after a strong showing at the Orange & Purple Invitational, where Ethan Forbes won the men’s 800 meters and set a new school record with a time of 1:50.11. Forbes broke his own record, which he had established just one week earlier in Gainesville.

Travis Massey also secured a top-three finish in the men’s 60-meter dash with a time of 6.82.

Field events at the Bob Pollock Invitational will start at noon with the women’s long jump and will coincide with the women’s 5,000-meter run on the track.
