Troy University’s men’s tennis team is set to face West Alabama in a doubleheader at home on Tuesday, following recent victories over Auburn University at Montgomery. The matches will take place at the Lunsford Tennis Complex in Troy, Alabama, with sessions scheduled for 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The Trojans currently hold a 2-2 record after defeating AUM. Junior Luciano Alcocer and sophomore Thiago Drozdowski secured a strong doubles win with a 6-0 result. Troy also claimed victory in three singles matches to close out their previous contest.
In their last meeting against the West Alabama Tigers, Troy earned two wins with scores of 4-0 and 7-0.
The upcoming doubleheader was initially set for last week but was postponed due to inclement weather.
