Troy Athletics has announced that Baseball and Softball Fan Day will take place on January 31 at Trojan Arena. The event is scheduled before the Troy men’s basketball game against App State, which starts at 3:33 p.m. Fan Day activities will run from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. on the arena concourse.
Attendees can receive free baseball and softball posters, meet members of both teams for autographs, and enjoy complimentary Conecuh sausage dogs while supplies last. During the basketball game, both the baseball and softball teams will be recognized on the court.
The Troy softball team is set to begin its season at home with the Trojan Classic from February 6 to 8 at the Troy Softball Complex. The tournament will feature Middle Tennessee, Chattanooga, and North Alabama as visiting teams. The baseball team opens its season on the road against Mercer from February 13 to 15.
