Trojan Talk returns with live broadcasts featuring coaches and special guests

Trojan Talk, a weekly radio show focused on Troy University athletics, will resume tonight at Baumhower’s Victory Grille in Troy. The program airs from 6 to 7 p.m. and is broadcast live on the Troy Sports Media Network. It will also be available for streaming on the Troy Athletics Facebook page.

The show features men’s basketball head coach Scott Cross, women’s basketball head coach Chanda Rigby, and Barry McKnight, known as the “Voice of the Trojans.” Fans are invited to attend in person at Baumhower’s, which offers numerous televisions for viewing, a full bar, patio seating, and food service. Organizers encourage attendees to arrive early each Monday to secure seats near the stage.

This week’s episode will review recent performances by Troy basketball teams and preview upcoming games. Head softball coach Eric Newell is scheduled to join the show tonight to discuss expectations for the 2026 softball season.

Trojan Talk is set to continue every Monday through the conclusion of the basketball regular season.
