76.1% of Coffee County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 53,043 citizens living in Coffee County in 2021, 76.1% were old enough to vote, equating to 40,371 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 19,781 were male, constituting 49%, and 20,590 were female, making up 51%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Coffee County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 77.5%.
