We're sad to lose our current SilverSneakers instructor, Carrie Smith to a life of retirement, but we're so excited that Lee Anna Singleton has decided to take over for her! Lee Anna has been with the ECC since June as our resident Massage Therapist; she's also recently become a swim instructor as well She's multi-talented & ready to serve the community in a larger capacity!
Join Lee Anna for SilverSneakers 'Classic' every Tuesday & Thursday from 10:00-11:00am starting Sept. 13th! (ATTENTION: Beginning 9/20, class time will temporarily change from 10:00-11:00am to 8:00-9:00am due to school swim lessons. It will return to normal once Lee Anna finishes instructing those. Stay tuned for an updated schedule in a later posting).
Carrie's last day teaching will be Sept. 6th. Make sure you swing by the ECC & tell her goodbye & good luck on her exciting retirement at the beach
