Troy University alumnus John Robert Eason has joined the TROY Office of Development as Director of Development for the College of Health and Human Services and Regional Director.
A 2017 graduate with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, Eason comes to TROY from the insurance agency Harmon Dennis Bradshaw where he served as a commercial risk advisor. In addition, he is a co-founder of Fuse Coffee in Troy.
“J.R. is a proud Trojan alumnus with a strong background as a business professional,” said Greg Knedler, Associate Vice Chancellor for Development. “I’m glad he has chosen to bring his skills back to his alma mater and I believe he will be an outstanding member of our Development team.”
In his new role, Eason will be working closely with the departments of Kinesiology and Health Promotion, Nursing and Social Work to identify development opportunities and build relationships with alumni.
“I am thrilled to be back working at Troy University and for the opportunity to further the University’s growth and development goals,” Eason said.
