Today we welcome Mr. Jackie Daffin who has joined our family as our new Director of Student Services & Special Programs.

Greetings BCS Family! I am thrilled to be joining the BCS Team this year! I am a native of Leroy Al, where I am a proud graduate of Leroy High School. After graduation I began my college studies at Alabama State University where I earned my Bachelors of Science Degree in Social Science Education. I also received my Masters and Education Specialists Degrees from ASU in Instructional Leadership.
My teaching career began with Montgomery Public Schools System where I taught middle school and high school social studies. I began my leadership journey in Conecuh County Schools first as the assistant principal of Hillcrest High School and then principal of Hillcrest High School. I look forward to serving the Barbour County students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders as Director of Student Services where We Will Achieve Excellence Together! Every Student, Every Classroom, Every Day!
