Census Bureau: More women than men in Hartford city in 2019

Of the 2,586 people living in Hartford city in 2019, 50.2 percent (1,299) were women and 49.8 percent (1,287) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Wiregrass Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 780-to-722. In the 65 and over age range, there were 307 females and 165 males.
