City of Elba issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
The public is hereby notified that on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. in the Elba Church of Christ Fellowship Hall, there will be Public Testing of the Precinct Ballot Counters to be used in the October 6, 2020 Municipal Run-Off Election for the City of Elba.
