City of Elba issued the following announcement on Aug. 26.
The City of Elba offices will be closed in observance of Labor Day.
If you have an utility emergency, please call the Elba Police Department at (334) 897-2555. Please reserve 9-1-1 for life threatening emergencies.
The garbage truck will run its normal schedule.
