City of Elba issued the following announcement on Aug. 31.
The City of Elba’s water meter replacement project is still ongoing. Citizens will notice blue lines painted on the road, grass, etc. to help locate the water meters for the contractors.
‼️Crews are now located in the Troy Highway area replacing meters.‼️
