City of Elba issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.
PUBLIC NOTICE:
The Elba City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, 12 noon at Elba City Hall.
The purpose of this meeting is to canvas votes from the municipal election being held on August 25th.
