On Friday, March 21, former Dale County High School standout Gracie Suggs’ current college team, the Charlotte 49ers, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Florida Atlantic Owls.
The game took place at FAU Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Owls this season.
The 49ers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 2 p.m. at FAU Softball Stadium against Florida Atlantic Owls.
Freshman golfer Constanza Quiroga led the Troy Trojans in the second round of The Ally, held at The Old Waverly Golf Club and hosted by Mississippi State.
True freshman Constanza Quiroga led the Troy Trojans women’s golf team in the final round of The Ally at Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, Mississippi, finishing tied for 23rd place after shooting a 2-over 74.
Troy University’s women’s volleyball team is set to host Arkansas State for two Sun Belt Conference matches at Trojan Arena.
