On Friday, April 4, former Dale County High School standout Gracie Suggs’ current college team, the Charlotte 49ers, won 6-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tulsa Golden Hurricane.
The game took place at Collins Family Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Golden Hurricane this season.
The 49ers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at Collins Family Softball Complex against Tulsa Golden Hurricane.
Freshman golfer Constanza Quiroga led the Troy Trojans in the second round of The Ally, held at The Old Waverly Golf Club and hosted by Mississippi State.
True freshman Constanza Quiroga led the Troy Trojans women’s golf team in the final round of The Ally at Old Waverly Golf Club in West Point, Mississippi, finishing tied for 23rd place after shooting a 2-over 74.
Troy University’s women’s volleyball team is set to host Arkansas State for two Sun Belt Conference matches at Trojan Arena.
